ProjectMoney draws its inspiration from the concept of the classic science fair: Students choose a subject and explore it through the creation of an original project, but rather than science, students explore the realm of financial literacy. This program is open to any high school student in Iowa.

8 a.m. to noon
Iowa State University, Gerdin Business Building


Prizes
First Place: $500 cash
Second Place: $250 cash
Third Place: $100 cash 

Event Agenda
8:00 - 9:00 am: Check-in / Project Set up
9:00 am: Judging begins
10:00 am: Public viewing begins; core judging follow ups
11:00 am: Presentation by Adam Carroll and awards ceremony
    Photos of the judging teams and project winners to immediately follow the awards ceremony.
Noon: Project tear down

Event Speaker
ProjectMoney 2014 program will include a presentation by finance guru Adam Carroll.  CLICK HERE for more information about Adam. 

Event Participants
All participating students will receive a t-shirt and Adam Carroll's book Winning The Money Game. 
Projects can be presented by individuals or teams of 4 or less students.

Event Registration
CLICK HERE to register you or your team online. The project registration deadline has been extended to Friday, November 7. There is no registration fee.
Parents and friends are invited to attend the event to see the presentations and speaker.
